Book: Keep Your Brain Alive
This book "Keep Your Brain Alive by Lawrence C. Katz, Ph.D & Manning Rubin, 1999" is interesting to read and simple to apply. It
talks about how our brain work with neurobics exercises to boast our memories.
Think of how babies learn a thing, they are using five sense organs of the
human body: vision, hearing, smell, taste, and touch. As adult we may only use
one or two sense organs once we familiar of doing something. This book teaches
how we can use our other sense organs which we neglect them. We can start doing
our daily activities in different ways to produce nutrients that grow our brain
cells and to have younger and stronger brain.
